Texas Tough (previously known as Studio A) has been the home of competitive cheer teams since 2020. All competitive teams practice two nights per week from when the teams are announced through to the last competition of the year. We also offer cheer prep classes for school and all-star cheer.

Athletes will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, with jumps, stunting basics, and motions.

We pride ourselves in bettering our athletes with corrective stretching and flyer skill training.

Jump technique, drills and training to help with strength.

Starting at 3 years old, your child can learn the skills to start competing as a cheerleader. At this level, the team performs at competitions; and will begin their cheer journey.

Among some other basic skills one-handed cartwheels, round offs, forward rolls, backward rolls, front and back walkovers.

Level 1 skills will be required along with standing back handspring, back walkover back handspring, front walk over roundoff series of back handsprings.

Along with level 1 and 2 skills; elite jump to series of back handsprings, round off back handspring back tuck, front tucks, ariels, or alternate pass to back tuck.

Required lower-level tumbling along with standing two back handsprings to back tuck, standing back handspring back tuck, standing back tuck, running round off back handspring layout, alternate pass to layout.

All flyers will be required to have ALL body positions: both leg heel stretches, both leg arabesques, scorpion and scale.
